Clarity doesn’t come from force. It comes from rhythm.

Many people arrive here because they’re clear enough to know something needs to shift, and not interested in forcing what comes next.

What This Day Is Really About

Most of us are carrying more than we realize decisions, expectations, information, noise. Even self-care can start to feel like another thing to manage.

The Rhythm Reset offers a different approach.

Instead of asking you to push harder or dig deeper, this day is designed to stabilize your pace, so clarity can return naturally.

We create a container you can move within.

You’re always free to step back, step outside, or choose a different pace.

You’ll be invited to engage, rest, reflect, and connect in ways that honor your capacity—without needing to do everything or be everywhere.

How the Day Flows

The day moves in a gentle rhythm of shared learning, embodied integration, and open space.

You’ll experience:

  • Three guided workshops focused on clarity, nourishment, and body-based self-trust

  • Short movement and dance breaks to help ideas land in the body

  • Two spacious open windows woven into the day so nothing feels rushed or overwhelming

  • 1:1 Session with one of the coaches, possible second if the day allows and the flow happens

This rhythm mirrors real life: moments of focus, followed by space to integrate.

What We Believe

Clarity doesn’t respond to pressure.

Self-trust returns when capacity is respected.

Choice is stabilizing—not distracting.

Integration matters more than intensity.

Insight settles in the in-between.

People don’t need fixing. They need space to listen.

This experience is designed to support

rhythm over rush,

presence over performance,

and discernment over urgency.

You’re trusted with your own process here.

The In-Between is designed to hold:

What it is

Throughout the day, we’ll return twice to The In-Between, intentional open windows built directly into the flow of the experience.

These spaces aren’t breaks from the experience. They are the experience.

What it feels like

Spacious. Unrushed. Grounded. A place to let things land instead of stacking more on.

What happens here

  • Integration — what you’ve heard and felt has room to settle

  • Choice — you follow what feels most supportive in the moment

  • Rest — nervous-system ease, not constant engagement

  • 1:1 Conversations — a scheduled session with one coach, with the possibility of another if timing and invitation allow

  • Creative Processing — Being Board work, journaling, quiet reflection, or a walk in the garden

Nothing is mandatory. Nothing is rushed. You’ll move in and out … just like real life.

Her ability to push you to grow without being demanding is a gift…

How These Sessions Work Together

Each session is designed to stand on its own—while intentionally supporting the others.

  • Clarity settles when capacity is honored.

  • Rhythm stabilizes when nourishment is supportive.

  • Self-trust grows when the body is included in the conversation.

Together, these sessions create the conditions for insight to land naturally without pressure to perform, fix, or transform.

Clarity & Capacity

with Jenn Ocken, Creative Cultivator

This session invites you to restore clarity by working with your actual capacity. Not the version you think you should have.

You’ll explore where your energy is being stretched or protected and learn how to make decisions from a steadier, more honest pace. Rather than forcing answers, you’ll be supported in letting clarity emerge naturally.

You’ll walk away with:
A clearer sense of direction and permission to move at a pace that truly fits your life—so decisions feel lighter, calmer, and less urgent.

Nourishment & Rhythm

with Amy Cimo, Nutrition Coach

Instead of prescribing what you should eat or change, Amy invites you to notice how nourishment and daily rhythms affect your energy, mood, and focus in real life.

This session emphasizes awareness over rules, helping you reconnect with what supports you—without adding pressure or complexity.

You’ll walk away with:
A more intuitive relationship with nourishment, increased awareness of your energy patterns, and simple ways to support steadier focus and rhythm—without rigidity or overwhelm.

Body-Based Self-Trust

with Susan Jones, Muscle Manipulators

This session centers on rebuilding trust with your body as a source of information—not something to override, push through, or fix.

Through gentle awareness and practical guidance, you’ll be supported in tuning into physical signals that help you regulate, ground, and respond with care.

You’ll walk away with:
A deeper sense of grounding and confidence in your body’s signals—so you can respond with clarity and care instead of urgency or disconnection.

The Being Board Station

A creative station will be available throughout the day for visioning, reflection, and visual processing.

This is not about creating a “perfect” board or future plan.

It’s a space to notice what’s calling for attention now and to let images, words, and intuition surface at your own pace.

You can return to it anytime.

1:1 Support

Each participant is guaranteed one 20-minute 1:1 conversation with a coach during The In-Between, held in a way that honors timing, consent, and capacity.

These sessions are thoughtfully assigned based on a pre-experience reflection, so you don’t have to decide or compete for support.

And as it feels supportive and time allows, additional conversations may naturally open up during the day.

How the Day Closes

We’ll gather at the end of the day to reflect—individually and together—on what’s been noticed, shifted, or clarified.

From there, we’ll move into a relaxed kitchen dance party and connection hour: music, movement, conversation, and a gentle landing back into the world.

You’re welcome to stay, connect, or head out when it feels right.

You may leave with clarity or simply with a steadier sense of yourself.

Both are enough.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is this an retreat or a workshop?

It’s a one-day experience that blends elements of both. You’ll participate in guided workshops, intentional movement, and spacious open windows designed for integration, rest, and reflection. There’s structure to support you and plenty of freedom to move at your own pace.

Do I need experience with wellness, coaching, or similar events?

No experience is needed. This day is designed for real life—not for people who already “have it figured out.” You don’t need a background in wellness, journaling, or creative practices to participate fully.

Will I be expected to participate in everything?

No. Choice is a core part of the experience. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and follow what feels supportive in the moment. You can engage in group sessions, rest, journal, create, take a garden walk, or simply be.

What does “small group” mean?

Attendance is intentionally limited to 8 participants. This keeps the experience personal, grounded, and easeful—allowing for meaningful conversation, unhurried pacing, and thoughtful individual support.

Will there be one-on-one time with the coaches?

Yes. Each participant is guaranteed one 20-minute 1:1 conversation with a coach during The In-Between. These sessions are thoughtfully assigned based on a pre-experience check-in, so you don’t have to decide or compete for support. If it feels supportive and timing allows, additional conversations may naturally open up during the day. There is no pressure to meet with everyone.

Is this about being told what to do?

No. This experience is centered on self-trust and discernment. Tools and perspectives are shared as options—not prescriptions—so you can adapt what you learn to your own life, rhythms, and values.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable—clothing you can sit in, move in, rest in, and feel like yourself in. Layers are encouraged. This is not about dressing up or performing.

What should I bring?

You’re welcome to bring:

  • A notebook or journal (if you like to write or sketch)

  • A favorite pen or anything that helps you settle in

All materials, creative supplies, and refreshments will be provided.

What about food and dietary needs?

Nourishing food and snacks will be available throughout the day to support steady energy and ease. You’ll have the opportunity to share any dietary needs or preferences in a pre-experience check-in so we can plan thoughtfully.

Is this physically demanding?

No. Movement is gentle, brief, and optional. You’ll never be asked to push past your comfort level. All activities can be adapted to meet you where you are.

Will the experience be recorded?

Some behind-the-scenes content may be captured for future promotion. The focus of the day is presence and privacy, and you’ll always have the option to opt out of being recorded.

How do I know if this is right for me?

This experience is a good fit if you’re craving clarity without pressure, self-care that fits real life, and a space that honors capacity, rhythm, and choice. If you’re looking for a high-intensity, rigid, or performance-based event, this likely isn’t the right space and that’s okay.
