This isn’t a course.

It’s a call back to what’s real,

what’s yours,

and what’s been quietly waiting

beneath the pressure to perform,

produce, or prove anything.

It’s your return

Welcome. You're in.

Take a breath. You'll see a dashboard and some progress markers. They're just navigation. Nothing here rewards moving fast, and nothing keeps score. Come back to the same practice as many times as a season asks for.

This is a place to come back to yourself, one practice at a time.

How to move through it

Start with the Foundation. Those lessons give you the language and the compass, and everything after makes more sense once you have them.

From there, there's no rigid path. You'll find opportunities, not steps. Begin with whatever feels true right now. The C.A.L.M. compass invites you to pause, return, and move in the way that fits you, guided by your Creative Adaptive Intelligence.

There's no wrong way to move through this. Just your way. Your rhythm. Your Creative Return.

What you'll find inside

The Foundation is where you begin. A handful of short lessons that introduce Creative Adaptive Intelligence, your core values, the C.A.L.M. compass, and the living truths underneath it all. These orient you before you explore.

The Return Index is everything else, gathered in one place. Every lesson, tool, and practice across the four Practices, each with a quick description so you can see what it offers at a glance. When it's a lesson, you follow the link. When it's a tool, you download it right away. And when you're not sure what you need, you can search by what you're moving through rather than by name.

Four Series of Practices hold the deeper work. Clarity Practices, Adaptability Practices, Leadership Practices, and Momentum Practices. You move into whichever one your life is asking for.

ThrivFOCUS is designed to travel alongside all of it. Less a planner and more a thought partner. The place where a reflection becomes an actual next step. When something surfaces in a practice and you're not sure what to do with it yet, ThrivFOCUS is where you sort it, hold it, and shape it into movement at your own pace.

If you still need to buy one, or want another, you can do that [here].

About the space
you're inside

Why the Creative Return exists

The Creative Return was built from tension. The same tension you may feel inside yourself.

For too long, I kept shifting between two versions of me. The intuitive creator who sees truth in the in-between. And the strategic mentor who has spent over two decades helping people lead, create, and choose with clarity.

Both voices were strong. Both were right. And neither felt like the whole truth.

Every time I thought I had the structure, something felt off. Too rigid. Too conceptual. Too course-like.

The resistance wasn't procrastination. It was information.

When I returned to my values, to what I know has to be honored for anything to move forward with integrity, the Creative Return found its shape. Not as a curriculum. Not as a program. But as a place to come home to yourself. A rhythm rather than a race.

I built this because I needed it too. It's the space I wished I had on the messy Sundays. So I made it, and now it's yours.

I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Jenn.

For 30+ years, I've been noticing the moments right before something changes. The pause before someone lets themselves be seen. The moment before the real thing gets said. Behind a camera, across a table, in the middle of an improv scene. Same skill, different room.

I've spent years helping people find the move that resonates with where they are now. That work is what led here.

When I'm not photographing, mentoring, or coaching teams, you'll find me:

  • Watering one of 42 houseplants I swear all have names. They just haven't told me yet.

  • Hosting porch hangs that accidentally turn into improv sets.

  • Snuggling with my dogs, who may or may not run the whole operation.

  • Or designing yet another photo card, being board, or journal page because I just can't not.

I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to remind you. You're returning. You won't leave with a burst of motivation that fades by Wednesday.

You'll leave with orientation.

A clearer sense of where you are and what's yours to do next. That's the kind of thing you get to keep.
