A Grounded Alternative to Vision Boards
Serving as a present-focused, nervous-system-informed approach to intentional living, a Being Board is not about chasing goals. It’s about aligning who you are with how you live.
You’ll leave with a clear, calming visual anchor you can return to when decisions, stress, or self-doubt show up.
This in-person workshop is hosted locally in Baton Rouge at Focus & Flow, a calm welcoming space designed for intentional wellness experiences. Brought to you by Amy Cimo Nutrition, who invited me to co-facilatate the event!

what values guide your daily choices
It becomes a living tool. Something you return to when you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or making decisions.

This workshop may not be the right fit if you’re looking for rigid goal-setting, productivity systems, or a “manifest your dream life” experience.
WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER
We’ll take natural breaks, move at a human pace, and create a relaxed, supportive environment — not a packed agenda.
1. Connection + Conversation
We’ll start with an honest, grounding discussion about identity, daily rhythms, and intentional living now — not in some imagined future.
2. Create Your Being Board
Slow, reflective creative time with all materials provided. You’ll receive gentle prompts and guidance — no pressure, no perfection, no “shoulds.”
3. Share + Reflect (Optional)
A casual show-and-tell for anyone who wants to share. No obligation — just community and connection.
