What Grounds Me, Guides Me, and Grows With Me
My Core Values and why they matter (MOST)
I don’t lead with force. I guide with presence.
I don’t believe in telling people what to do. I believe in helping them remember what they already know—what’s true, what’s theirs, and what’s waiting to move.
Over the years, I’ve learned that sustainable success doesn’t come from the loudest voice or the biggest hustle. It comes from alignment. From learning to trust your timing, your rhythm, your way.
These core values!
They’re not just things I believe in! They’re how I live, how I lead, and how I help others thrive in a way that actually feels like them.
Let me show you how they show up in real life…
Move With Truth
“Truth isn’t about volume. It’s about resonance.”
For a long time, I thought being decisive meant being fast. That clarity meant saying “yes” before anyone else could. But over the years, I’ve learned to pause. To feel the resonance of a decision instead of chasing approval.
There was a time when I was offered a big collaboration opportunity. Everything on paper said it was the right move—but every part of me felt off. Instead of pushing through, I stepped back. I waited until I heard something that felt true, not just impressive. That’s when the right door opened.
That’s how I make decisions now. That’s how I teach others to trust what they know.
Cultivate Creativity
“Creative flow is where clarity, adaptability, and purpose meet.”
Creativity is my language. Not just in my photography or design work—but in how I solve problems, how I build systems, how I guide others back to their spark.
One client once told me, “You didn’t just help me get organized. You helped me feel excited again.”
That’s the power of creativity. It unblocks the energy. It reminds you that you don’t have to do things the way they’ve always been done. You get to make it yours.
Unconditional Trust
“You don’t have to prove yourself to trust yourself.”
I used to think I had to earn trust. That I had to check all the boxes, be endlessly available, and make everyone comfortable before I could claim what I wanted.
But here’s what I’ve learned: Trust is built in quiet moments, not big declarations. It’s that voice that says, “You don’t need to hustle to belong.” It’s what gets you to move, even when your hands are shaking.
When I guide others now, I don’t give them a map—I help them remember that their compass still works.
Unapologetic Vulnerability
“I don’t need to be certain to be powerful. I just need to be honest.”
This is the one seriously terrifies me, still! Showing up without a filter? Without the perfect answer? With confidence, compassion, and responsibility for what I am doing and how other people react! But as I learn to do things differently, more vulnerable everything changed.
I’ve written posts with tears in my eyes. I’ve shared from the middle, not the end. And you know what. Those moments are the ones people remember. Not because I had the right strategy—but because I was real.
That’s what creates connection. That’s what creates momentum. That’s what creates trust. So I remind myself to show up as I am. Because that’s more than enough.
Foster Connection
“We don’t rise alone. We rise together.”
I used to believe I had to do everything myself. Build it, carry it, fix it—alone.
But every time I burned out, I realized what I was missing: true connection.
Not performative networking. Real, soul-fueling, “I see you” kind of connection.
I’ve had clients turn into collaborators. Mentoring calls turn into tears of relief. That’s what happens when we stop trying to go it alone and start leaning into each other’s gifts.
Connection is the thread. Always.
Thrive With Joy
“If it feels aligned, it usually is.”
Here’s a little secret: I don’t chase goals anymore. I chase joy. Because when I feel joy, I know I’m in alignment. When I’m laughing in a workshop, when I’m crying with a client, when I’m dancing around the room after a breakthrough—that’s the real feedback.
Joy doesn’t mean everything’s easy. It means you’re building something that can actually last.
Also it’s a little weird I just wrote thrive with an “e”! LOL!
